They continue to hold my deposit for a trip in August 2020 to Edinburgh, Scotland after the airline has canceled my flights, Scotland is locked down, all activities in August are canceled and we are in the midst of a Global Pandemic! Read their cancellation policy carefully, they are unlike most other B&Bs in that they only allow you 48 hours from your booking to cancel and receive a full refund. This is a predatory business that is heartless behind all the glitz and glamor of a fancy website. DO NOT do business with Air B&B, you re better off booking with a major hotel chain that will allow you to cancel with a full refund right up to the booking during this Global Pandemic. Air B&B is heartless, morally bankrupt and Not a Values based company...I will never use their service again and recommend you not use them as well.
