Spend $8000 on a new mower. 5 days past time I was told it would be ready. Called 3 times to check on status. Finally get call back and Told come pick it up around 10 Thursday. I show up at 11. Tell me 4 more hours. I know the Ferris mower is worth it but I wish there was another dealer close by. Be different if they acted like they cared. Update: Went back they apologized and gave set of blades so I bumped up to 4 stars.
