Tax payers money wasted in many ways. Although significant increase in Application fees which will cover some part but personally think , it will costs more as unlawful refusal will be challenged in Immigration Tribunal Services. Immigration Tribunal Services has recently proposed extra fees towards the appeal application. It has been significantly increase around 700% more than the fees now.
Honest people are suffering for New Delhi, British High Commission. People apply for UK most likely get their Visa if legitimate documents are provided.
New Delhi, will refuse any application without any lawful grounds. Disbelieve every aspect of application or illogical arguments.
I personally think, New Delhi, British High Commission intentionally refusing application, because of UK bureaucracy. New Delhi, British High Commission has set up quotas for approving and refusing application.
We have protest against it until it too late to get things right.
