Pros:

Pros:
+ located in center nigh central station
+ spacey, therefor not crowded and quiet
+ opening hours are feasible

Cons:
- the only public library in the Hague that doesn't have free, public internet available, amazing and completely non-royal'ish

Since people often come to libraries for internet, I'll give -2 stars for not having internet at this library.
