Upon arrival at Ray Chevrolet, we were greeted by Mark Pedretti who would be our sales representative in the purchasing of our new Chevrolet Silverado.
Mark provided great communication in keeping my wife and I informed on what was happening during the entire purchasing process. Mark was always polite and professional in his presentaion of the vehicle, in listening to our questions and providing answers to ALL of our questions.
Mark did everything possible to make us feel at ease and is a great asset to Sales department of Ray Chevrolet.
