Most services are nice except when call in to book...

Most services are nice except when call in to book room .They do make lot of hard times. Every year want to get a king size bed they said sorry not available . Full already. Few minutes later they said if you upgrade paid more will get the king size one . Why don't tell the customer that . Our hotel not provide King size bed until you paid more.
Good location . Food is so so.
