From start to finish I was treated like a welcomed guest at First Texas Honda. My CRV needed some warrantee work and at pick-up, the service adviser explained thoroughly what was completed as well as what additional service appointments I may anticipate in the future to keep my new car in top shape. Over the years I've encountered many mechanic shops but this experience was completely different. The shop is extremely clean and organized and I was respected for understanding the workings of my vehicle. Other mechanic shops look at a female with gray hair and tend to be condescending. Not so here!
