Far away from professional.

When my credit card was changes by routine, its hard to go through and update all accounts.
I never got a notification that the old card had to replaced after not beeing actual any more.
They locked my card/account. I dealed with their support and they said everything should be allright again, but nothing worked.

Then i needed a ride, nothing was fixed so i had problems to get away on time.
The support of uber did nothing.

Just cannot recommend any of their support.
