Uber has the WORST customer service. You can't hardly understand the representatives, they don't listen completely to you, they are rude, and they all say the same script and give the same tired solutions that don't always work. They need to learn better people skills and English. Uber only care about themselves ONLY and money. You are better off creating your own transportation service. Sorry company and sorry customer reps. Not to mention the app is always having problems.
