Visited many times but this time we noticed how tired the park looked. Several examples of staff shortages. Some kiosks operated with one staff who were overwhelmed with demand. Could 're stock fridges, wipe sides etc.we also saw lack of cleaning, they ran out of bottled drinks in some places and drinks machines were not working. The ride times were all wrong- several rides said 80 minutes but we waited only 25 which was good but made planning the day harder. These need to be more realistic on the app and on the board. Getting out of the car park was murder. We had a good day but think Chessington need to raise their game.
