These guys are the best landlords I've ever had. The application process was a bit scrupulous, but it has definitely been worth it. I am impressed with the speed at which any issues we have had have gotten resolved, whether its repairs or any concerns we have. One issue we had was the heat around the summer, knowing full well when we signed the lease that our unit didn't have ac, however these guys heard our concern and installed central AC! Before renting with these guys, I had never ever received a christmas package from a landlord, so my wife and I truly appreciate each holiday package that we've received from Elements. I highly recommend working with Elements for your housing needs.
