I have bought 3 vehicles here in two years and been happy. However, today they screwed up my appointment to get a key cut and showed total disrespect. They showed no consideration and did apologize. What really passed me off is the way they dismissed the inconvenience as if they didn't care. They blew me off and then acted like the didn't care. Rude!
