I bought the 2016 Jetta on Aug 24 2016, during signing the finance papers the finance guy told me that VW has changed their limited warranty, which is totally incorrect according to VW corporate office. Secondly he sold me the extended warrantl by telling this warranty is from VW itself, but this extended warranty is not from VW but from a third party, lie after lie during signing the finance papers, extremely unhappy and dissatisfied, will never buy a car again from this dealership.

UPDATE: Contacted the dealership, they promised to issue the refund for the extended warranty which may take roughly 3-4 weeks, will update the review again once will receive the refund.

UPDATE 2: Spoke to the General Manager Mark Mauer at the dealership, he made the big difference in customer service and excellent response, received the refund, Thank you!
