When I brought my car in for my detailing appointment, I was told I was not on the schedule after I had arranged an appointment through the website and with a follow up phone call. As a result, I was rescheduled for another appointment. After I picked up my car, my driver's side door was not functioning normally. I could open the door from the inside but I could not open it from the outside. When my Wife asked for a discount due to the damage to the door, they did not offer a discount. Also, there was a new bleach stain on the dark dash on the passenger side. It is my understanding that detailing is meant to clean stains, not add new stains. A new stain was in the back seat that was not there when I first brought the car in to have an inside detailing job. When I scratched at the stain in the back seat, at no time did the customer representative offer to clean the newly added stain. I would give a rating less than zero, if it was possible. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
