Waiting over than an hour for the luggage (with all the other passengers) without any information whatsoever. Screw you Tegel airport!

UPDATE: after 1.5h we could see the plane driving away with our luggage still inside (nobody unloaded it). The luggage of all the passengers went back to the origin. On the information screen we could see the message: "please claim you luggage at lost and found". The bag was returned by the DHL after 4 days. At the airport we found out it was not the first case like this one.
