Went to Ping Pang Pong, my favourite Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas and I'm Chinese. Everything tasty, traditional yet uniquely prepared compared to other Chinese restaurants. Got the sui mai, seafood hot pot, and stir fry sticky rice with Chinese sausage. My mom was skeptical about ordering the stir fry rice, saying its a simple dish and she can make this at home but once she saw how it was prepared was really impressed. It was chewy and super delicious. Great unassuming place to take guests and will be impressed and want to go back.
