I have driven and maintained Honda Accords from Royal Honda for years, but I will never be returning. First, during a maintenance in October 2016 I was told I had a good battery. The following month my car lost power while I was out of state and I had to have a friend come jump me. Upon reviewing my receipt, I discovered they attached the wrong battery test from a 2012 Honda CR-V. The maintenance team was once clear about what was required and what wasn't. I was charged hundreds of dollars this past July for maintenance including fuel induction service and transmission service, the vast majority of which I have now been told was unnecessary to have done so early if at all according to a rival Honda service department. The advisor at Royal Honda had told me it was ALL necessary. To top it off, while waiting for hours I had walked to view the new Honda CR-Vs and the salepeople both inside and outside of the showroom treated me like I was a nobody once I told them I was still a few years away from purchasing. I will never return to this dealership for purchases or maintenance, and I have started encouraging everyone I know to do the same.
