Mark Carrey cleared our sewer drain blockage on this dismal rainy day. He arrived promply as arranged and his conduct was highly professional and also very friendly and obliging. He clearly described what he will do and clearly explained the cost, all to our outmost satisfaction. This was the first time we have used Omega Plumbing and we were very impressed, starting with our call to book the service. Omega Plumbing attended to our problem very promply, within 3 hours of us making the call. We also find the oportunity to write this review to be an excellent tool to provide feedback and we hope that deserving employee will be duly rewarded.
