The waiting times for ER is understandable . . . I was disappointed because the lack of professionalism from staff and I never talked to a PA or a MD but a Nurse Practitioner who half gave information didn't really answer all questions or concerns that I had. This was my first and last time going to this Piedmont Henry location!!!!!!!
