I would like to thank you so much! I was so excited this morning, when I saw the email from you that my ticket was dismissed! I could hardly believe it. After losing my job over that ticket, I immediately called my supervisor and got my job back after she viewed my email and made a copy of the dismissed case. I am so thankful to you and to get my job back!
