The experience I have with Vivint is great. When my system was installed, the sales rep. and the
Installation technician, took time to explain how the system works. Also the quick response from
customer service, the few times our alarm was accidentally triggered, shows they are alert and ready.
I see a very long term relationship with Vivint and my family.
