The website is poorly organised and doesn t give you the information you need at all; on top of this when you telephone for help some of their employees have poor English language skills making it extremely difficult to understand them. My daughter missed out on submitting a key requirement of her uni application due to precisely these points: her tutors at the community college she was studying at could give her only limited advice because they themselves could not understand the VTAC requirements for her uni application as detailed on their web pages! So tired of government departments thinking they're in business to for no other reason than to sustain the jobs of their employees rather than customer service. VTAC need a few sackings and general shakeup.
