I recently visited Smithtown Toyota because my lease was up for my Nissan vehicle. The process from beginning to end was very easy and handled very professionally. I was greeted by my salesperson Jillian Arthus right away. She was very professional and addressed all my needs and concerns with a no pressure sale. She showed me options that worked for me and my family. Everything she explained was exactly how it was at the end when I went to sign with the finance department. In the past (at other dealers) this was not always the case. I was extremely pleased with the ease, convenance, professionalism and contract that was agreed upon. I highly recommend Jillian and the Smithtown Toyota staff for your next purchase.
