Well I was on call for work and first I booked through Agonda after being asked if I could work. The front desk guy was really nice stating that he upgraded my room but it was to a suite with no tub which is why I booked. Then the room looked as if someone had just been in it the bed. It was messed up and there was blood in the bathroom. Dried blood as if someone had been hurt in the bathroom the guy who came to bring me the other key for the second room said it was a women s menstral blood which was extremely upsetting. I tried to call front desk and of course the phone didn t work then in the next room neither tv worked the shower wouldn t stay in shower it was a combo of bathing and showering and it smelled like smoke. The person upstairs was up and down all night and so I never really got sleep so since I didn t get called in all in all was a horrible experience and I will most definitely check reviews when I need to be on call. This is a terrible place that when you book online changes your room from what you reserved in order to use those for people with the money on hand and oh yeah they charge and additional 15.00 fee for some reason not included in your original charge. Please avoid.... they are only in it for the money the front desk person said he couldn t reimburse because I used website to book I never write reviews but wanted to save someone else staying here for work dealing with this horrible hotel and service.
