I recently spent 10 days here and had very good care from 99% of the doctors and nurses. However, I'm only giving 3 stars strictly because of the BILLING DEPARTMENT and their rudeness. I received bill from a doctor for $1300+ -- this is a doctor claiming to have seen me 6 times. I never met this doctor, I never saw this doctor, and you know what billing said? "That's your problem!" Seriously? On the bill they don't even give all of the dates for each visit this doctor claims to have made. This is just plain ludicrous and out and out fraud! I have no intention of paying this bill until such time as I receive my ENTIRE RECORDS for my 10-day stay!
