Every time the same problem - waiting time for the luggage. Today crossed the line; how can you let dozens of people to wait for an hour (this is not an exaggeration) for their baggage and not communicate a thing? We call, no answer. I wave at staff on the other side of window to get their attention, they ignore me. People go outside to find out what's going on, they are not let back in. I understand things happen, but the fact that not one employee cares is worrying.
