CTS is a nice, friendly business! I've had two interactions in the last 6 months. First, a horrible virus crashed a 4 year old laptop and wouldn't allow any activity The repair was reasonably price and it worked perfectly until our dog knocked it off a chair. After the damage was assessed (cracked hard drive, blue screen), it was obviously more cost effective to buy a new one, so I bought a new Lenovo. CTS prepped the machine and got me up and running with no hassle. Their price was competitive with big boxers, and the personal interaction made the purchase a good experience. Buy with confidence!
