On May 30th I purchased a 2012 Silverado 1500 crew...

On May 30th I purchased a 2012 Silverado 1500 crew cab. Pearl white color. It had runs which looked like surface rush. The sales person told me that they would sand blast it and under coat it at my cost. The truck seemed to be solid. About 2 months later my wife and I were on a drive stopped and I noticed rust bubbles on my driver side rear wheel well. I also noticed on the front half of the roof that the paint was peeling off. I called the sales person and sent him images of the problem, requesting feedback. His response to me was that he was sending the images to his manager and that he could not do anything about it. He said that I should call the auto body manager. I talked to the Auto-body manager who then told me he would have to talk to the sales manager, and that himself or the sales manger would call me back. They never tried to get in touch with me. I m writing this to inform anyone that is considering purchasing a vehicle from DePaula Chevrolet to stay away. Once you finalize your purchase, they won t help you. North Star Chevrolet helped my wife s Tahoe 2 months later, fixed a leak in the vehicle at no charge. My wife is extremely happy with her vehicle. Again, if you re looking for a vehicle you might want to go anywhere else but this place.
