On a cruise to Mexico my husband and I purchased three different pieces of art, one of them was a Thomas Kinkade. We were very happy when our first two pieces arrived, they were even more beautiful than when we purchased them! When our Thomas Kinkade arrived, although very well packed, the frame had a big chip in it. I immediately called Park West Gallery and they immediately sent a new frame at no cost to me! Unfortunately our Thomas Kinkade did not FIT in the second frame! I couldn't believe it! Now I'm annoyed....I called Park West AGAIN ready for a fight but to my very pleasant surprise Kristopher P. was an immediate help! He was professional, apologetic (even thought it wasn't his fault) and very assuring that he would work to fix everything and make everything right. He sent out a THIRD frame at no cost and it was a perfect and beautiful fit! Kristopher and Park West Gallery are very professional and will work unbelievably hard to keep their customers happy. I recommend Park West Gallery highly for any of your artwork!
