Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else. Don't let the "waterpark" fool you. The website makes the resort look much more appealing than it really is.

The resort is filthy. It's extremely noisy 24 hrs a day. Just about everything in our room was broken. Only one outlet worked so there was a power strip plugged into it.

The coffee coffee machine had a disgusting thick slime layer on the inside. I cleaned the heck out of it before trying to use it. In the end, it didn't work anyway. I called the front desk and asked if we could get a comp coffee the first morning after discovering this and the answer was "you can get a coffee, but it ain't going to be free." So I asked for a new coffee maker for our room. She replied that house keeping wasn't in yet. It was 7:30a. So I asked for our machine to be swapped out when they do get in. When we got back to our room that evening... same machine.

There were multiple physically broken items in the room with jagged plastic and other material.

The air conditioner! Oh my dear Lord the air conditioner sounded like a helicopter having epileptic seizures! Every night my husband got up numerous times to take the cover off and bang on the fan to make it stop squealing. Worst nights sleep ever (5 nights in a row!).

Leaky faucet in the tub. The toilet barely flushed. The hallway (including our room when we got there) was about 90 degrees at 90% humidity. It was cool breezy and 70 degrees for the high the week we went. The air was so thick in the tower that our carpet make our feet damp when we first got there.

When we made out reservations including Sea World, Aquatica and Busch Gardens tickets, we were also promised free direct shuttles to each. Nope. There were free direct shuttles to Universal only. We took paid public transportation and 3rd party shuttles all week totaling an additional $50 for an expense that was supposed to be already covered.

When our ride picked us up to take us to the airport asked us how our vacation was, I just started laughing. He looked at me and said, "Ya, so I've heard."
