It's a beautiful facility, we have adopted several cats and dogs over the years from them. It can be a bit hard to get a hold of staff, especially on the phone. The trainers seem very good, both there and one, Rebecca, came for a home visit and was quite helpful and informative.

It's a shelter, so the information they have on animals is often very limited, and you are taking a step into the unknown in some ways. Rescues where the animal has been fostered for a while often know much more about the animals behavior and disposition. But the animals we have gotten from Lollypop had been well cared for, and all have turned out to be wonderful animal friends!
