I was very impressed with the service. I'm a novice, and the folks at Hello World Communications went the extra mile training me. And when I discovered that I had chosen the wrong solution for a Sunday shoot, and came in Saturday for an exchange, they were totally gracious about finding a better way for me.

I had a very successful shoot, and I'll definitely be coming back.
