My company makes regular use of the Holiday Inn Woking hotel and conference facilities.

I could not have been more pleased with the hotel staff from the front desk to the room cleaner. In my most recent stay, I happened to run into Stephen most regularly at the front desk, but everyone washelpful to my every need, including when the conference staff were off duty.

In the conference center, Lukasz is very attentive to our every request, and handled our constant last-minute request for everything from name tags, table stands, flip charts, printing needs and even halal meal requests with ease and a smile.

I commend the hotel on all you must be doing to maintain happy and well trained employees. I appreciate the level of service at this hotel. I look forward to staying in the hotel again, and our next opportunity to host a conference there as well.
