After comparing prices and opinions, we selected this company with a ticket purchased online for 48 hours, including the ticket included on the Thames. We were delighted with our experience. The drivers are all very friendly and friendly, the Big Bus agents stationed at the stops are always attentive to inform us and indicate the best routes. The cruise on the Thames is excellent. Attention it should not be done in full otherwise it lasts 3 hours. The ideal is to leave from Westminster to go to Tower of London or vice versa for a 30 min cruise. When the service stop is near, the driver comes to see all the passengers to tell them that such a station will be the terminus and he arrives that it is ok for us and failing that he tells us which public bus to take. We didn't wait too long at the stops, just once. In places where there is a lot of traffic, the bus can sometimes find itself in traffic, but that's how it is. The explanations are interesting. The blue route to the east is more interesting to do for those who do not have much time.
Some negative points: the plan is not always understandable, the figures are not in order and we do not always understand which way the circuit will turn.
Very useful for people who want to visit but can't walk too much.
