My 86 year old mother was there for rehab. The staff was very professional and caring. They always responded quickly to her calls. They answered all of my questions. The place was neat and clean, it just needed a little face lift. The heater was old and made a rattle noise. And the room phone did not work. And I had to bring in a cozy blanket from home. Other than that I was happy and so was my mother. Christine Loftis RN
