I never write poor reviews, but this experience has been dreadful. I wish I d read the reviews before purchasing a phone!

Long delay in shipping phone, after delay I cancelled order with them as I purchased a phone from elsewhere.

They explains 14 working days for refund. I m still waiting despite multiple emails and an hour trying to get through by phone with no one picking up.

Email reply s are cleverly worded reply s stating things will be done shortly or as priority with no formalised time frames.

Don t bother ringing them, no one picks up



I do feel this is a scam company.
