After colleagues recommended Otto's, I was surprised and disappointed by the experience of test driving with them. Aside from being lat for our appointment, the car I test drove (hybrid) ran out of gas in the test drive - lucky there was a battery. Beyond that and other aspects, the whole experience didn't live up to expectations for what is positioned as premium/luxury products.
