From the first email to driving off the lot it was a great car buying experience. All my question by email or calls were answered quickly. The GLI's I wanted to test drive were waiting, and they had more choices in the back parking lot. I was in and out so fast compared to other dealerships I have dealt with in past. I did not feel pressured to buy an car, as I did in my previous purchases. Larry Mello and Internet sales crew are amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new VW.
