Purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Both experiences were great.

Recently took my vehicle in to have coolant level topped off. Lost all coolant a few trips later and found out the service person forgot to put the cap back on the coolant reservoir. I ve been a VW owner for 8 yrs and this is the only negative experience I ve had with this dealership.

Barb took care of me and got me connected to VW Roadside Assistance. Had vehicle towed to dealership and they verified the vehicle was ok after several tests. She was always in contact with me to keep me updated.

This mishap could have been much worse if there would have been damage to the engine. This is the only reason I didn t rate 5 stars.
