woke up to my water heater leaking at 5 am! and what they claim 24 hr service is BS waited on line 45 mins being told I will connected to the operator!! This place is a joke!! I would not recommend them and when I asked why that happened they were rude about it and said it could be a number of different reasons?? No sympathy! attitude was negative!! Look for service else were!!! one star by force in order to post but should be -star option!!
