I gave one star because plumber Warren was really well mannered and nice to deal with.However, I don't think he is capable to
perform the task.

My U pipe under the basin started to leak after Warren took them apart to clean, but Manager Gavin promised that he could fix it so it s not the issue I wish to address. I have fixed it by myself already

The main concern was my slow flow shower has been blocked completely after I paid $500+ for the acid treatment. I have called the office to complain and wish to get someone who was more experienced to fix the problem. Both plumber Warren and the manager Gavin gave me the option by spend another $800+ to get a jet. (With written evidence) I refused because they quoted much higher than other competitors.

After checking the drain by myself this morning, I noticed there was a small melon sized hair ball stuck at the top of the drain and after I pulled them out, the drain has been cleared straight away.

I was shocked that as a professional plumber with full tools, they could not indentify a simple blockage. I have told them the problem caused by hair but the acid they used did not melt the hair at all, and the plunger made the loss hair attached together to the top therefore it blocked the drain.

Rather than diagnose the real problem they pushed you to the second stage which was neither necessary nor targeted.They used the cancer treatment to treat cold with very expensive price.

I was very disappointed and I shall lodge a formal complain to fair trading regarding negligence of duty and advice to perform unnecessary task by taking advantages of the information asymmetry. By the way, I cannot find the plumber s licence number under fair trading website and please provide this to me if he do has it. Thank you.
