I am very happy with my new windows, they look beautiful in my house. Good quality product. The reason because I am rating them only with 4 stars is that on the time of the installation the installers made a mess they only cover part of my furniture, the floor end it up dirty, they did not finish the installation on time, to finish the installation they rescheduled 2 times and finally on 12/24 the job was done... nice people but they need to follow the rules/safety at the time of the installation.

Again the quality of the product is # 1.
