It's a nonprofit (501c(3)) that has a billion dollar contract to act as privatized animal control for all of the San Gabriel Valley, yet they still have the nerve to aggressively solicit donations, charge more than double what the city used to, and continue to call themselves "humane" while they make a mint out of kidnapping animals off the streets (usually people's pets) and euthanizing them. These people are the absolute scum of the Earth.
