Worn down hotel with disengaged and unpleasant sta...

Worn down hotel with disengaged and unpleasant staff.
Hotel is located quite far from public transport in the area where there is basically nothing around.
Rooms are quite old, which is especially visible in the bathroom area.
On the positive side - bed and room were relatively large, internet was working without glitches and breakfast was good (as in general with Mercure brand).
