My vehicle has been in the shop 7 times in 4 years...

My vehicle has been in the shop 7 times in 4 years. Three times for the same problems specifically. They were never fixed. It was in a week ago, same problems plus the thermostat this time. No cost to us, Thank you for that. However it goes in again next week for the Same problems it has had from the beginning.
