Fantastic casino! Friendly staff. Well worth the one hour and thirty minute drive from my house in Missouri. I did not experience heavy cigarette smoke or smell. I'll normally carry the cigarette smoke smell locked into my clothing from KC casinos, but not at PBC. The time and day and being a weekday is likely why and is fine with me as I am sure weekends are when cigarette smoke is most heavy from what I have read by other reviewers. This was my first ever visit and I'll be visiting more for sure.
