My mom was flown in yesterday evening for a brain bleed and so far all of the staff has been very informative and accommodating. I should say, except for the (what I m assuming is) custodial staff that used the family waiting room table area for their personal break station at 2 am. Loudly chatting, rattling chip bags, etc. Sliding chairs roughly across the floor, dropping down into the chairs. How rude can you be?
