I ordered 10 ten times in the past year and I was ...

I ordered 10 ten times in the past year and I was treated like I didn't exist as a customer. I am usually a patient person/customer and I never complain unless the service is atrocious.

My last order was placed on 13th December 2013 and up till now, I have not received the order nor received any explanation or phone call, etc from them till this morning. I had emailed them once last week when they finally reopen for business and although I received an email telling me that they will respond within 24 hours, not a word from the company. I attempted to call again three times this morning and all three times, the line was cut off after I was transferred to the voice mail. Terrible customer service. I am bringing my business elsewhere. They do not even deserve a star for how they treat me and my business.
