The hotel is well located and quiet. However it has some flaws. That are not allowed in a 5 star. The tables where they served breakfast were dirty and without any towels. At the bar the employees do not go to the guests, we have to go to the employees. For the first time I am going to a 5-star hotel where there was no carpet in the rooms, which makes it uncomfortable, perhaps because they admit pets.
