I just moved to the St. Louis area from Kansas City and needed some service on my Toyota. I searched the internet for Toyota dealers near my work location and checked the reviews to decide which dealer I would call. Lou Fusz Toyota popped up and it showed positive reviews, so I decided to make an appt.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I was welcomed like "an old friend" by Warren, my service consultant, who explained everything to me and even suggested a better service deal for me that would save me money! (what dealer does that??). I waited in the comfortable waiting room and after a short while, my car was ready and looked great with the complimentary car wash! I was impressed with the service, Warren's attitude and pleasant personality and most of all, the fast, reliable service. I will go back next time I need something for my Toyota!!
